I had a mixed experience with Ifak Institut GmbH & Co. KG. While some aspects of their service were great, others fell short of my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the communication could have been better. The rate at which they respond to emails and calls was average, sometimes taking longer than expected. However, I must commend them for their prompt resolution of issues. Overall, I would rate my experience with Ifak Institut GmbH & Co. KG as average.
