I have had a mixed experience with TRANS CONTINENTAL COLD STORAGE. There have been times when their service has been exceptional, while at other times it has been subpar. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been instances where they were unresponsive. Improved consistency would be appreciated. Overall, an average experience at best.
