I have been a customer of Carugil for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The quality of their products is decent but nothing extraordinary. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed or items were missing from the package. Overall, I would rate my experience with Carugil as average.
