I had a mixed experience with Rollock. While their website was easy to navigate and the product I received was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the answer was not very helpful. I hope they improve their customer service in the future as it would make the overall experience much better.
