We used this service for a year. The issue isn't with the cleaners themselves, the issue is with the administration. After we discontinued our contract, these folks did not return our building keys, even after 14 email exchanges.

We had to re-key our building and issue new keys because of this refusal. To this day, we do not know why they refused to return our keys once our contract was terminated.
