I went in for a bleach and tone and a cut. I got home and after a few days of just throwing it up when it was wet decided to actually do my hair. I went to curl my hair and found a large patch of hair in the crown of my head that is 10 inches shorter then the rest of my hair. I had think hair that would break hair ties and it was thinned out so bad with a feather cut that when I put it up it looks like I barely have any hair. To say that I am infuriated is a understatement. I stressed that I hate having my hair cut becuase it always gets ruined but understood with the bleach that we would have to trim off the ends. I didn t know that I would be leaving with a clump of hair missing and it being so think it won t even hold a curl. Do not go here I sent an email a few days after this happened and got no response so obviously they don t care. If I could attach photos of before and after I would I have sent them to the salon as well
