Extremely friendly service, high caliber amenities and a clear understanding that this is a different kind of dealership. From the entrance to our exit, it was clear that my visit was important and wasted no time.

My salesmen, Don Rountree was a super friendly, took time to have actual conversation that wasn't completely about the deal, a general interaction of a personal level.

The Vehicle was a gem of a car, well maintained with service records from its original sale in 2007. The ES350 was exactly as advertised, no misleading internet pictures to get you into the dealership just to discover its no where near as nice.

In summary, while I expected a higher level of service shopping at a luxury brand dealer, its rare to see those dealerships treat customers buying more affordable used vehicles in the same manner as new car buyers. The entire staff from the lovely young lady working the cafe to the final conversations with sales and management were highly professional without the air of superiority found in other dealerships.
