I had a mixed experience with Musen Connect. While their website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took several attempts to get a response from their support team. However, once my issue was finally resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
