I recently joined Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade and I am extremely impressed with the quality of instruction and the overall environment. The instructors are experienced, skilled, and passionate about martial arts. They create a positive, friendly, and supportive atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. The training sessions are challenging but also rewarding. I have seen improvements in my fitness, strength, and self-confidence since joining. I highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in martial arts.
