The service at Bossier Federal Credit Union is average. I have been a customer for a few years now and while there haven't been any major issues, there also hasn't been anything that stands out as exceptional. The staff is friendly enough, but sometimes it can take a while to get things done. Overall, it's a decent bank, but nothing to write home about.
