I've been attending classes at this studio for a while now and I must say, it's been a game-changer for me. The workouts are intense, but in the best way possible. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and create a supportive environment. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion I have is to improve the class scheduling system on the website. Other than that, Sweet Physique is top-notch.
