Place an order for will call. When the day came to pick up the order, they gave it to another company. The guy who assisted was helpful and was able to get our order together while our technician waited.
The following month we get a statement stating we have a balance. Since I had a paid invoice, I called and spoke to Marcela who was rude. Although the mistake was on their end, she spoke as if we were a bother to her and lacked customer service. Inline is normally friendlier so I was shocked that she gave the attitude she gave me. Brian and Toni on ther hand were very friendly and helpful always!
I hope to never have to deal with her again.
