I decided to subscribe to their telecom services after hearing good things about them from some friends. Unfortunately, my experience with Westtelco has been quite average. While their website is easy to navigate, the overall service was nothing exceptional.

The installation process was smooth, and I appreciate that the technicians arrived on time. However, the customer service was subpar, as they took longer than expected to resolve my issues. The internet speed has been inconsistent, which was disappointing considering the package I selected. Moreover, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other providers in the market.

On a positive note, the equipment provided is reliable, and I haven't experienced any major outages. Additionally, the billing system was transparent, making it easy to understand my monthly charges.

Overall, I would rate Westtelco's services as average. While it's not a terrible choice, there are other telecom providers in the market that offer better value for money and superior customer support.
