I recently availed insurance services from a company and I must say, 🤔. While their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, I found their customer service to be quite average 🤷‍♀️. The response time to my queries was a bit slow, and it took a while to get the information I needed. Moreover, their policies seemed to be on par with what other companies offer, without any standout features 🤷‍♂️. However, I appreciate their competitive pricing and the fact that they were able to provide me with a policy that suited my needs. Overall, my experience with this company was average, as they fulfilled their basic duties but did not go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.
