I recently purchased a laptop from Ramp Computers and I have to say, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products to choose from. The ordering process went smoothly and my laptop arrived on time.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the product. The laptop feels a bit flimsy and the performance is average at best. I was expecting a bit more for the price I paid.

The customer service was also average. They were responsive to my inquiries, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me.

Overall, I think Ramp Computers is an okay company, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service.
