I recently purchased a truss system from "Us truss" through their website "deurr.com". The ordering process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I had some issues with the delivery, as the package arrived a few days later than expected. The truss system itself is of decent quality, but I did notice some minor imperfections upon inspection. Customer service was responsive to my inquiries, but it took a bit longer than I would have liked to resolve the issues. Overall, my experience was average. I wish for a smoother delivery process and better quality control. 😐
