I recently visited a local eye care facility in town for a routine check-up and found the experience to be average. The staff was courteous and the waiting area was comfortable, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit clinical and impersonal. The appointment itself was efficient, but I left feeling like the interaction with the optometrist could have been more personalized. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information, but I wished there were more resources available for patients. Overall, it was a satisfactory visit, but I believe there is room for improvement in creating a more welcoming and patient-centered environment.
