I recently worked with this company for a business financing deal. The website was easy to navigate and had good information about their services. However, the communication during the process was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, which was frustrating at times. 😕 The terms of the financing were average, and the overall experience was okay, but not exceptional. I appreciated the professionalism of the team, but wish the communication could have been more efficient. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
