I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in the city and was disappointed with my experience. The service was subpar and the room was not as clean as I would have expected. However, I had a completely different experience when I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
