I had a mixed experience with Pitaya. While some aspects of their service were great, I found their customer support to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and the interface was user-friendly. However, when I encountered a problem with my account, it took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
