👍 I recently purchased a machine from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. Response times were slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered. The delivery process was also not very smooth, as there were delays and miscommunication. On a positive note, the machine itself is of decent quality and has been working fine so far. I would recommend this company if you have some patience and are not in a rush. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
