I have had a positive experience with this organization. Their website, dclt.org, is user-friendly and provides valuable information about affordable housing options. Durham Community Land Trustees Inc. truly cares about the community and works tirelessly to make a difference. I'm glad to have their support in my journey towards homeownership.
