Been always a Gloria Jean's loyal costumer but recently I've noticed they've stopped putting the chocolate syrup on top of the whip cream. Poor service. I get it they must be tired of putting it but seriously you're already selling coffee that's a bit expensive and yet you can't just put the chocolate syrup like you usually do. Treat your costumers well at least. It's frustrating enough to always have to open the lid and ask for the Choco syrup. They don't even ask if we want chocolate syrup or not anymore. It would be really appreciated if you serve coffee the way it should be served and not letting costumer do it themselves. Even Starbucks do this themselves and serve everything you've asked. A coffee order should be completely done. Hope this would be rectified by the employees.
