My son found a car he was interested in on the Lake Norman website. We inquired on the website about the car. First Reggie Thomas called me to let me know the car was still available and told me to ask for Willie Brown when I got there. Willie texted me within minutes to ask when I was going to be there. I told him 10:30. We arrived and Willie was waiting for us with the car pulled up to the dealership. This was my sons first time buying a car in his name. Willie showed him all of the features of the car, helped him make an application for financing, and explained every step of the process to him. While we were waiting my son told me that there was no high pressure like he was told there would be. Tim in the finance office explained how warranties work, got him signed up, and on our way out the door by 12. We drove from Gastonia to Cornelius for the car and I will for every vehicle I ever buy again. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever seen from the minute I hit send on the website to the minute I left the dealership.
