I recently made a purchase on vogay.ch, and I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. On one hand, the website is well-designed and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the product packaging was damaged. The customer service was average, but they did resolve my issue in a satisfactory manner.
