Coffee? I'm a chemex guy and love my light roasts. It's been a while since I've given Royal Mile a whirl and if it wasn't for Doug at the C Hill Whole Foods I may not have. Doug came right up to me and said....here. This roast is excellent. It was the Ethopia Sidamo Shantawene. Most excellent. Keep them coming.
