CUSTOMER: The Thurrock and Basildon College is an average educational institution. The teaching quality is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I believe that with some enhancements, the college can become a great place for students to learn. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
