Apex Cellars is a wonderful winery to visit. The wines they offer are of exceptional quality and the service is exceptional. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the wine tasting experience enjoyable. I tried their Cabernet Sauvignon and it was outstanding, with a deep and complex flavor profile. Definitely worth a visit!
