I have been a customer of Rmbpack maquinas e embalagens for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The machines they offer are of decent quality and have helped streamline our packaging process. However, there have been a few instances where we experienced issues with the machines and the customer support was not very helpful in resolving them. Overall, I would say that they are a reliable company but there is certainly room for improvement.
