As always, friendly service by everyone, a pleasant place to relax and chill out with a massage, great service from the staff in the Horizon Club, and the guys working at the Hotel entrance drop off and pick up, plus an always immaculate room by housekeeping, and a huge breakfast buffet for those wanting to eat down on level 1.
