I have been using B.e.n.e.fit, llc's services for a while now and I must say, they are average. The website mybenefitprogram.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the overall service provided by the company is average at best. They could definitely improve on their customer support and responsiveness. Overall, I would rate them as average.
