I had a mixed experience with All About Boston INC. While their website allaboutboston.org had a good layout and was easy to navigate, their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. I also found their prices to be a bit on the high side compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would rate them as average.
