I have purchased 2 flats from Srijan realtors and one thing which i would like to convey to all buyers about the builder is that their service is pathetic once you have paid booking amount. They do not provide details/updates about the progress and will only send communication when they demand money.
Don't even think about using their service when doing a resale. My personal experience in resale is woeful. After the new buyer paid booking amount the sale representative & accounts team took 1+ year in providing the full payment. In addition to that I had to call more than 50 times to follow-up and get the process moving, each team shrugs their responsibility by stating other team has to provide update.
