The office manager Rebecca is a disrespectful nightmare to work with.

My mom checked in. They took her insurance that she thought was correct, checked out without any issue.

No Bill was mailed.
No balance discussed for 6 weeks-

She called my mom and yelled at her, as she very quickly did to me when I called to find out if there was a balance.
And she hung up on me before giving me any payment amount due.

Only telling me with full horrific attitude that my mother was dishonest- for having the wrong insurance - that is the same as her friends that referred her to the office, but they don t accept anymore, yeah confusing- never mailing or giving my mom a bill amount or an opportunity to pay anything.

Rebecca was only interested in demonizing and not listening to anything we had to say.

Do not go to this office.

Read the other reviews and find an office that can at least have the decency to verify your insurance, discuss billing options if there was an error and be respectful.
