I had an overall average experience with Xtralock. The website was easy to navigate and the lock I purchased arrived on time. However, the instructions provided were a bit confusing and took me some time to figure out. It would be great if they could improve the clarity of their instructions. Despite this, I am satisfied with the lock and would recommend Xtralock to others.
