Complete vote of no confidence on this department's ability to maintain any sort of order or address situations in Crystal Hill. They know exactly how bad it is in that area and the specific people of interest involved in the constant crime, but allow it to proliferate. Its pretty sad considering there are children in that area having to see such a poor example of society.
