I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Cape Fear Behavioral Health Center. The therapists are knowledgeable and caring. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and conducive to healing. I have seen great improvements in my mental health since starting treatment here. Highly recommend!
