Absolute horrendous place to work for. They treat their staff like cattle and give them little to no respect. I see a few reviews on here regarding poor customer service and yes that s 100% true the collections and customer service sections are filled with teenagers who have just left school or very young adults with little to no training. Its uncomfortable it s like being back in college the environment is not friendly one bit. Career progression? HA what career progression unless your one of the floor mangers favourites you aren t getting anywhere! It s definitely the who knows who and who s friends with who environment. They don t give any support to staff given the fact that the collections job role means your literally getting screamed at 24/7 and you have people threatening to take their own lives given the amount of debt they are in. NO TRAINING. It s disgusting I ve seen girls in tears because of the job. You d think in this day and age given the amount of stuff online regarding mental health that first data would be on top of this. I call it first data because thats what they used to be called you can t give it a new name and expect great reviews. Stay away from this place the only star I will give is for the lovely people that work in the canteen.
