I recently visited a few restaurants owned by Sciarra. Poppi's Brick Oven is definitely a hidden gem! The pizzas are absolutely delicious, with a perfect crust that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the sauce has just the right amount of tanginess. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a great place to grab a quick bite or enjoy a meal with friends. I would highly recommend trying their Margherita pizza, it's simply amazing!
