Myed Student Loans provides an average service. The website is easy to use, but sometimes it can be slow. The interest rates are somewhat high, and I wish they were more competitive. The customer service representatives are helpful, but there have been a few instances where they couldn't resolve my issues adequately. Overall, it's an okay experience with room for improvement.
