I had mediocre experience with Global Prep Academy. The website was easy to navigate and find information about courses and fees. However, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my inquiries. The courses themselves were average, nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
