I just completed a baking course at bakeryinstitut...

I just completed a baking course at bakeryinstitute.nl and it was amazing! The instructors were extremely talented and passionate about baking. They created a fun and engaging environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and trying new techniques. The only issue was that the class was a bit fast-paced at times, and I would have liked more time to practice certain skills. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Bakery Institute to fellow baking enthusiasts.
