I am a loyal customer of Bimasakti unitama and I have been using their services for several years now. I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is satisfactory and their staff is helpful. However, I have noticed a few issues with their customer support system. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and there have been instances where my queries were not addressed properly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
