My experience working with Zoe Merrikin @ ELS was good. She is very professional and personable. I felt she understood me and sympathized with my case. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting and Zoe definitely eased those feelings and had patience explaining things that I didn't completely understand. She was always ready to take my call and went to a lot of effort explaining my options in writing as well. I would really recommend Zoe and wish her all the best for the future.
