Parveen from haus & haus was not the first real estate agent we worked with for our move to JVT, and it was clear that during COVID times, many people at other agencies were working to maximize their commissions. We stuck with Parveen and haus & haus because she on the other hand was able to use her pre-existing relationships with landlords to negotiate the rent price down for us, saving thousands of dirhams.

Other agents talked the talk, saying they might be able to negotiate a price down, or maybe a landlord would drop within our price range. Parveen confidently told us the price she could get for us, and then she went out and did it.
