I had a pretty average experience with Octacomm solutions. Their website was easy to navigate and the information was clear and concise. However, I encountered a few issues when trying to contact their customer support team. The response time was quite slow and it took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would say that Octacomm solutions is an okay company to work with.
