The prosecutor is currently helping and enabling an off duty rookie cop who assaulted a fan of an opposing team at a Giants game. He started an argument with two people sitting in their car, then used his badge as a distraction and smashed one in the face with a beer bottle before running off. Despite multiple witnesses, he failed to bring charges for over a year and is hampering the investigation.

He's not protecting men, but little kids hiding behind their badges that have no responsibility to own up for what they did. This "public servant" only serves himself.
