I had an average experience with East Coast Insurance Consultants, Inc. Their customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I found their website to be outdated and not very user-friendly. Overall, they provided the basic insurance coverage I needed, but I wouldn't say they went above and beyond. 3/5 stars.
