I recently booked a trip with Travel Royale and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed to rush through the conversation. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I expected a bit more from a company like Travel Royale.
