I worked for the company in the Troy district as a custodian, the company honestly wasn't that bad but some of the managers there had a lot of unnecessary arguments because they didn't know how to speak to people correctly. We had a group of albanians that basically worked when they felt like it and management wouldn't do anything about it. The most issues came from the district because they micro managed everything, there were times we didn't have the stock we ordered and the district expected to proform miracles and after the pandemic started The faculty in the school startedAccusing us of a not cleaning properly.
